Move beyond design-only work. Combine residential design with site inspections, dilapidation reports and forensic investigations.

We’re an established Brisbane structural consultancy working on residential design, building investigations and practical rectifications. We’re seeking an RPEQ Structural Engineer to join the team.

What you’ll be doing

• Structural design and RPEQ certification for residential projects

• Site inspections across Brisbane and SEQ

• Assist with reports on existing and distressed structures

• Dilapidation surveys and investigation support





• Contribute to design of remediation and strengthening solutions

• Some client and builder liaison / Liaise with clients, insurers, and industry stakeholders

Forensic / investigation experience is preferred but not essential.

About you

• Current RPEQ (Structural)

• Residential structural experience in Queensland (or similar)

• Confident producing practical designs and clear reports

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Driver’s licence and happy to spend time on-site as well as in the office
