Programmed Facility Management has recently been awarded new contracts atTropicana and Sunrise Dam, and we're expanding our team to support ongoing operations.
This is a rare opportunity to step into ahybrid position, combiningsite administration with Aerodrome Reporting Officer (ARO) responsibilities, working as part of asmall, high-impact team.
Working on an8:6 FIFO roster out of Perth, this role is suited to an experienced site professional who is organised, confident, and comfortable operating across bothadministrative and operational environments.

The Opportunity
As an Assistant Village Manager / ARO, you'll play a key role in supportingsite operations through a mix of administration, coordination, and aviation-related responsibilities.
This is avaried and senior-level role, where you'll manage day-to-day admin functions while also supportingaerodrome operations and compliance requirements.
You'll work closely with site teams, operational leaders, and client stakeholders, ensuringsmooth coordination across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Providesite-based administrative supportacross operations
Coordinatetravel, accommodation, and site logistics
Manage onboarding processes includinginductions, site access,



and documentation
Maintain accuraterecords, reporting, and compliance documentation
Supportaerodrome operations and reporting requirementsin line with standards
Assist with inspections, documentation, and coordination related to airside activities
Liaise withsite leadership, contractors, and client stakeholders
Support general coordination across site functions as required
Ensure all administrative and operational processes are completed accurately and on time
About You
You're an experienced site-based professional who is comfortable working in ahybrid role, balancing administration with operational responsibilities.
You're organised, proactive, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
You will have:
Proven experience in anAVM or similar FIFO role (required)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in afast-paced, multi-functional workplace
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Requirements
Full Australian working rights
Valid C Class Driver's Licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Current National Police Check (must be clear)
Experience inFIFO village, facilities, or mining environments
Exposure to aviation or airside operations
Experience working within small, high-performing teams
Location Requirement
Candidates must be Perth-based (or able to commute to Perth for flights) or reside in Kalgoorlie.
