We're seeking an experienced Information Management Systems Specialist to play a key role in the governance, configuration and continuous improvement of a contemporary Microsoft 365 information management environment. This position combines technical expertise with information governance and records management, ensuring information is protected, compliant and effectively managed across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and administer information governance platforms, including Microsoft Purview and SharePoint.
Implement information management controls including metadata, classification, retention, disposal and access controls.
Develop workflows and automation using Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Automate.
Translate business and information governance requirements into practical technical solutions.
Support testing, deployment, compliance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders across information management, technology and business teams.

About You




Demonstrated experience administering information management, records management or information governance platforms.
Strong Microsoft 365 expertise, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Purview.
Experience configuring workflows, business rules and governance controls.
Sound understanding of information governance, compliance and records management principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
