CJD Equipment, TAS are looking for a motivated Workshop Supervisor forour Kenworth, Daf and Volvo construction equipment workshop in Burnie. The opportunity exists for you to stamp your mark on the service department and make it your own.

Working in conjunction with the State Service Manager, you will manage our workshop and provide leadership to service administration staff and our team of technicians.

Your main duties include -
Allocation and monitoring of service jobs
Control of workshop activity ensuring efficiency and labour time goals are met
Ensure a secure workplace
Ensure all work is carried out within manufacturer's guidelines
Organising breakdown repairs
Working closely with our valued customers

To be successful in this role you will have -
A fun-loving attitude
An applicable trade certificate
Experience in a heavy-duty mechanical workshop
Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail
Positive understanding of a retail workshop environment




Willingness to learn and work with a great team
A positive level of computer literacy
High level communication skills
