ClearHire is seeking experienced Excavator & Civil Plant Operators for assignments with established civil construction contractors across Adelaide.

We are looking for reliable and safety-focused operators who are confident working across civil earthworks, infrastructure, drainage and subdivision projects.

Whether your experience comes from civil construction, earthmoving, infrastructure, utilities, roadworks, landscaping or large-scale earthworks, we would like to hear from you.

The Role Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:
Civil earthworks and bulk excavation
Trenching, drainage and service installation
Operating around underground utilities and services
Detailed excavation and final trim works
Loading trucks and relocating materials onsite
General earthmoving and site preparation
Conducting daily pre-starts and plant checks
Maintaining a protected, effective and productive work environment

What We're Looking For
Australian working rights
Demonstrated experience operating excavators
Civil construction, earthmoving or earthworks experience
Excavator ticket, VOC or proof of competency
Construction White Card




Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Solid commitment to safety and reliability

Highly Regarded
Final trim experience
Trenching and drainage experience
GPS machine control experience (Trimble, Topcon or Leica)
Experience operating loaders, rollers, skid steers, telehandlers or other civil plant
Experience across a range of excavator sizes
