Description

Railtain, part of Railtrain Holdings Group (RHG) and the Genus Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Training Administrator to support the delivery of our training programs and Safeworking operations across Western Australia. This is an exciting prospect to join a team-oriented team and play a key role in supporting Australia's rail and resources sectors.

Reporting to the Senior Training Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for training operations, coordinate learner enrolments, manage training records, liaise with clients and participants, and ensure the efficient delivery of training programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:




3+ years' experience in a similar administrative environment
Solid computer literacy and confidence using databases and business systems
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
Current C Class Driver's Licence

Desirable but not essential:
Certificate IV TAE40122 (or relevant current version)
Experience using PowerPro RTO software
Rail, resources, or transport industry experience
Sound knowledge of the VET Quality Framework and compliance
