Finance Manager – Private Equity | Consolidations | Corporate & Financial Reporting

Our client is a boutique financial services group with a growing private equity investment arm, seeking a technically strong Finance Manager to support the parent entity and work closely with the CEO. This role sits at the centre of the group’s financial operations and is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid‑paced, evolving environment.

You will oversee multi‑entity consolidations, drive improvements across financial and corporate reporting, and play a key role in strengthening processes and controls as the business continues to scale. The position requires adaptability, commercial acumen, and confidence partnering with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Group consolidations across the private equity arm and related entities
Corporate and financial reporting, including management packs and board‑level insights
Partnering directly with the CEO to support strategic and operational decision‑making




Implementing and enhancing finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Operating effectively in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment with shifting priorities
Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all financial outputs

Strong experience in consolidations and multi‑entity reporting
Exposure to private equity, investment management, or complex corporate structures
