About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Lawyer to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers great remuneration and flexibility. This contract position is ideal for a legal professional looking to work collaboratively on Wills & Estate matters whilst also managing their work-life balance.

Key responsibilities
Providing legal advice and support across Wills & Estate matters
Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Conducting legal research to support client matters
Liaising with clients to understand their legal needs and provide pragmatic solutions
Contributing to the delivery of timely and cost-effective legal services
Maintaining accurate file management and legal documentation
Contributing to the professional development of the legal team through collaboration and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for
Admission to practise law in Victoria with a Principle Practising Certificate
Experience across Wills & Estate Matters (Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estates and Powers of Attorney)
Sound knowledge of general legal practice principles and procedures
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly




Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
Time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines
