About the role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to keep our stock, suppliers and warehouse operations running smoothly. You’ll be at the heart of our purchasing and inventory operations — ordering stock, managing suppliers, processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining accurate inventory and making sure our teams have what they need, when they need it.

You’ll also oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise our Storeperson and help ensure the warehouse is safe, organised and ready to go.

What you’ll be doing
Manage purchasing, supplier relationships and purchase orders
Coordinate stock ordering, deliveries and replenishment
Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
Manage stock shortages, recalls and unexpected supply issues
Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Receive, store, manage and distribute medication stock in accordance with relevant procedures, legislation and safety requirements
Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are organised, secure and well maintained
Supervise and support the Storeperson
Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve

This is a hands-on role where organisation,

About you

You’re organised, proactive and practical, with:
Experience in warehouse, inventory or purchasing
Previous team supervision experience
Robust stock control and attention to detail
Positive planning, communication and problem-solving skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and inventory systems
A customer-focused, can-do attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team

You’ll need a current NT Driver Licence and Forklift Licence, plus an Ochre Card and National Police Clearance, or be willing to obtain them.
