The main purpose of this role is to:
manage the warehouse team and drive the performance of the team with a focus on accuracy
Identifying optimum staffing levels across the shift to meet cost and service KPI’s
Monitor productivity and accuracy of all team members to ensure optimum performance is delivered daily whilst maintaining a safe working environment
use and update the warehouse management system & RF scanners
be a hands on leader, not just sitting behind a desk




ensure customer satisfaction
warehouse related customer delivery issues
maintain delivery and inventory accuracy

To be successful in this role you will:
have a minimum of 2 years warehouse supervisor / shift manager experience
be a people leader
be experienced with warehouse management systems
be a team player with a strong work ethic
be a problem solver and have a customer service mentality
know what it takes to be successful and look to support the site manager in the general day to day running of a quick paced warehouse
A knowledge of 3PL / food / pharma is a bonus, but not essential
