Statutory Supervisor – S26 | Earthworks Adaptable Roster | FIFO | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Statutory Supervisor (S26) to join an established earthworks company working across mining projects in Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong earthworks background who is looking for a versatile roster and ongoing work.

About the Role The role will involve providing statutory supervision across a range of earthworks and rehabilitation activities. This includes the rehabilitation of a former waste dump, including bund construction, trenching, contouring and reshaping, along with general earthmoving and site rehabilitation works.

You will be responsible for ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with statutory, environmental and site requirements, while providing effective supervision to the site team.

The Role
Act as the appointed S26 Statutory Supervisor for the earthworks operation.
Provide statutory supervision in accordance with the WA Mining Act, Regulations and site requirements.
Oversee earthworks and rehabilitation activities.
Supervise crews and coordinate daily site activities.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with approved procedures.
Monitor compliance with safety,



operational and statutory requirements.
Complete required inspections, reporting and statutory records.
Liaise with the Site Senior Executive (SSE) and site management as required.
Maintain a solid safety culture across the site.

Roster The roster is flexible and can be tailored to suit the right person, with options including:
1 week on / 2 weeks off, or
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

About You
Current S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
Previous earthworks experience is essential.
Experience in mining, civil or earthworks operations.
Previous supervisory experience.
Solid understanding of statutory and safety requirements.
Confident supervising crews and managing day-to-day site activities.
Robust communication and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and take responsibility for statutory supervision.
