We are looking for motivated individuals to work at one of Canberra's largest agistment centres as a Stable Hand in a casual capacity.

Canberra Equestrian

Centre has been developed into one of the largest agistment centres in Canberra, with some of the best equine facilities in the local area.

About the role

Duties may include:
Feeding and caring for horses
Cleaning stables and yards
Handling horses and assisting with general reliable duties
Maintaining a clean and secure environment
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre

Please note that this is not a ridden position or a stable groom position.

Requirements:
Current driver’s licence
Own reliable vehicle
Must be available for both weekday and weekend shifts




Previous horse-handling experience is preferred but not essential
Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors and undertaking physical duties

Training will be provided to the right applicant.
