About the role

Therapies for Kids is seeking a motivated and experienced Paediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our transdisciplinary team in Lilyfield, NSW. Join our team of speech pathologists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists, where you will play a pivotal role, delivering high-quality services to children and their families.

Key responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify children's needs
Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication difficulties
Providing therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
Collaborating with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to the child's care
Maintaining detailed clinical records and providing progress updates to families and referring professionals
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the ongoing development of the speech therapy program

About you
A degree in Speech Language Pathology
Minimum of one year experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a paediatric setting
Solid clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders in children




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their families
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Full registration with Speech Pathology Australia is required
Full Australian working rights required
