AM & DM Roofing is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our growing Maintenance Division.
We are seeking either
A fully qualified Roof Plumber, or
A 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice
Our maintenance division carries out a variety of roofing maintenance, repairs, leak investigations and rectification works across commercial, residential and strata properties throughout Canberra and the surrounding region. We’re looking for someone who:
Is highly motivated and self-motivated
Has a solid work ethic and takes pride in their work
Is reliable, punctual and organised
Can work independently and use initiative
Communicates confidently and professionally with clients
Works well as part of a team
Has positive problem-solving skills
Is willing to learn and continue developing their skills
Understands the importance of presenting themselves professionally when working at clients' properties
For qualified applicants, experience in roof maintenance, fault finding and leak detection would be highly regarded. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and wants more than simply working on the same type of roofing project every day. Maintenance work requires someone who can assess problems, think for themselves and communicate clearly with both clients and the AM & DM Roofing team.
