The Role

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading WA mine site for a Village & Infrastructure Superintendent to take ownership of camp, accommodation and site services delivery on a temporary contract. You’ll be accountable for keeping village and infrastructure works running safely, on schedule and within budget, coordinating closely with operations and maintenance teams while holding contractors to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day village and camp facilities maintenance
Coordinate site services across the operation
Manage plumbing and reticulation works
Direct water supply and management activities

Skills & Experience




Track record as a Village/Infrastructure Superintendent or in a comparable leadership role within mining
Demonstrated experience overseeing contractors
Working knowledge of civil, building and infrastructure construction practices
Trade or engineering background, or equivalent hands-on site experience
Solid safety, leadership and planning skills
