We’re looking for a Sous Chef who thrives when the kitchen is pumping and wants to be part of building something brand current.
You’ll join the opening leadership team, working alongside the Head Chef to build the crew, set the standards and get our brand current kitchen firing from day one.
WHAT YOU’LL BE OWNING
Leading the kitchen crew through busy services
Supporting the Head Chef with the day to day kitchen operation
Keeping food quality, presentation and consistency on point
Supporting ordering, stock control, food costs and wastage
Driving food safety and kitchen standards
Coaching and developing the team around you
Stepping up and taking charge when the Head Chef is away
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You’re an experienced Sous Chef or robust senior chef who’s ready to step up.
You know how to run a busy service without losing your head, your standards or your sense of humour.
You’re organised, hands on and confident leading a team.
And when the docket printer starts going nuts, you’re the person everyone wants beside them.
