About the role The Switched-On Senior Project Engineer will take ownership of project delivery from award to completion, working across concrete and NPI projects. You'll play a key part in every phase, from planning and estimating to delivery and improvement, working alongside an ambitious, high-performing team.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of project delivery from award to completion
Accurately undertake estimates and assist in tender delivery
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
Assist with estimating, tender preparation, and pricing submissions
Monitor program, costs, and quality, resolving issues before they impact delivery
Prepare key project documentation, including ITPs, RFIs, and progress claims
Maintain a robust site presence while driving improvements in project delivery
About you
Civil Engineering or Project Management qualifications or proven experience delivering civil construction projects
4+ years' experience in civil construction, with exposure to FRP concrete and NPI works
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project planning
Estimating and tendering experience
Proven track record delivering concrete and/or drainage projects safely, on time, and within budget
Sound knowledge of MRWA standards and civil infrastructure delivery
Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with site crews and clients
Proactive attitude, growth mindset, and a genuine desire to learn, improve, and contribute to team success
