Belyando Crossing Roadhouse is seeking an experienced and highly organized full-time Roadhouse Manager to oversee our remote hospitality and fuel operations. Situated in a remote outback location, this role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a small, dedicated team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations: Plan and supervise daily roadhouse operations, including fuel console management, convenience retail, kitchen/dining services, motel rooms, caravan park and general maintenance of the property.
Stock & Financials: Manage inventory control, order stock, establish pricing structures, and balance daily financial receipts.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, workplace health and safety (WHS), and fuel handling regulations.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, roster, and supervise casual roadhouse attendants and kitchen staff.
Customer Relations: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly,



ensuring a welcoming workplace for guests, truck drivers, tourists, and locals.

Required Skills and Experience:
Qualifications: A relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field. Alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of highly relevant management experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, or roadhouse management role.
Skills: Excellent communication, cash handling accuracy, stock management experience, and a strong work ethic suited to a remote environment.
Attributes: Proven ability to work independently, problem-solve under pressure, and adapt to remote living.
