Bribie Respite and Support Services is a growing provider of personalised support services across the Bribie Island region. We support elderly clients and individuals requiring NDIS support, helping them live with independence, dignity, and choice.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Male Support Workers to join our team. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s individual needs, helping them maintain their independence and enjoy a better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support in line with individual care plans
Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care, where required
Support community participation, appointments, and social activities
Promote clients’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families
Follow health, safety, and support procedures

Essential Requirements
Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Disability, or a related field
Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain
Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid and CPR certification




Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Availability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends, early mornings, and overnight shifts
