At Ray White Revesby, we’re expanding our dynamic sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Associate to support our high-performing agents and develop into a successful agent in your own right.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will work alongside experienced agents, learning every aspect of real estate sales—from prospecting and listing to negotiation and settlement. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your own client base while receiving guidance, systems, and support from one of the area’s most recognised brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in property listing, marketing, and open-home activities
Manage buyer enquiries, database follow-up, and client communication
Conduct market research and prepare property reports
Attend auctions, private inspections, and vendor meetings




Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
Represent the Ray White brand with professionalism and integrity

About You We’re looking for someone who is:
Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn
Excellent with people and confident on the phone
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
A team player with a positive and professional attitude

Requirements:
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and presentation skills
Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
