? What you will be doing As our Senior 3IC, you'll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting the Store Manager and 2IC to drive the store forward.
You'll be hands-on, leading from the front and helping create an environment where both customers and team members love showing up.

You will be responsible for: Leading and inspiring the team on the shop floor Delivering an exceptional customer experience Driving sales and achieving store targets Supporting daily store operations and visual merchandising Coaching and developing team members Assisting with stock management and inventory Stepping up and taking ownership when senior leaders aren't on the floor Keeping the store looking fresh,
