Senior Commercial Property Manager

Interlink Consulting is working with an established Melbourne commercial property business looking to appoint an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager.

This opportunity would suit someone with a strong commercial property management background who enjoys having ownership of their portfolio and client relationships, and is looking for a role with autonomy and the prospect to contribute beyond the day-to-day management of properties.

You'll manage a diverse commercial portfolio across office, retail and industrial property, working directly with owners, tenants and other key stakeholders.

The role will include:
End-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
Budgets, outgoings, reconciliations and financial reporting
Lease administration, rent reviews and renewals
Arrears, maintenance, compliance and capital works
Regular client reporting and advice
Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members
Contributing to client retention and new business prospects





About you You'll have established commercial property management experience, ideally within an agency setting, and be comfortable taking ownership of a portfolio from day one.

You'll bring strong client relationship skills, sound financial and commercial lease knowledge, and the confidence to work autonomously.

Experience mentoring others or contributing to business development would be well regarded, but isn't essential.
