A Senior Civil Designer, delivering urban development and land subdivision projects, using 12D Model and AutoCAD.

The role is based in Margaret River, to support TABEC's growing team in the south-west.

Responsibilities include
Independently prepare civil infrastructure design documentation for land development projects using 12D Model and AutoCAD.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant engineering standards, codes, safety requirements, and client objectives.
Lead quantity take-offs and calculations for cost estimates and tender documentation.
Support Project Engineers in the preparation of design drawings, tender documents, and contract documents.
Attend external meetings and site visits as required.
Maintain accurate and complete QMS documentation and review designs for technical accuracy and buildability.
Promote and behave in a manner consistent with the vision, values, and code of conduct of TABEC.

Skills and Qualifications:
10 years' experience designing and documenting civil engineering and land development projects.
Certificate or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.




Expert-level competency in 12D Model, AutoCAD, and project management software such as 12dSynergy.
Proven experience in land development or civil infrastructure projects.
Thorough working knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and design guidelines.
Robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and documentation requirements.
Effective written communication skills for technical writing and correspondence with approval authorities.
Deep understanding of safety-in-design principles and processes.
