About the role

This is a varied and fast-paced position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly. We are looking for a genuine go-getter who can think outside the box, use their initiative and confidently work things out without needing constant direction.

Key responsibilities
Phone answering & liaising with customers and suppliers
Booking in appointments for the Sales & Service teams
Arranging daily run sheets for Installers
Providing general administrative support across the business
Managing emails, documents, records and data entry
Assisting with purchasing, invoicing and accounts administration
Following up outstanding information and ensuring tasks are completed

About you
Great phone manner
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and work within deadlines
A proactive approach—you notice what needs to be done and get on with it
Initiative and confidence to think for yourself and make sensible decisions
Excellent attention to detail




Clear and qualified written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems eg MYOB
The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
A flexible attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
