We are looking for an energetic, reliable and hands-on Team Leader to support the daily operation of our Kings Park Kiosk. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality skilled ready to take the next step into leadership.
Key responsibilities
Leading the team during daily service
Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
Coordinating staff during busy periods
Supporting opening and closing procedures
Training and assisting junior team members
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety
Assisting with stock control and daily operational tasks
Handling customer enquiries professionally
About you
Previous café or hospitality experience
Some supervisory or team-leadership experience
Confident working in a busy, high-volume environment
A positive, reliable and hands-on attitude
Strong communication and organisational skills
Barista experience will be highly regarded
Availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays
