About the role The role will involve distributing real estate marketing material throughout Ipswich and surrounding suburbs, including recent listing, sold and prospecting campaigns. Initially, approximately 1,500-2,000 letterboxes per week, however this will vary depending on listings and sales.

Key responsibilities
Distribute real estate marketing material throughout Ipswich and surrounding suburbs
Collect marketing material from Schweitzer Estate Agents
Complete allocated streets and routes
Follow allocated routes and instructions
Work independently and manage time effectively

About you
Reliable and punctual
Honest and trustworthy
Physically capable of walking for extended periods
Organised and able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors
Has reliable transport to get to different areas
Has a smartphone




Takes pride in doing a job properly
Previous letterbox distribution, delivery or similar experience is advantageous, but not essential
