Bakery Shop Assistant – Weekdays and Saturday

Martins Bakery is looking for a junior with a excellent attitude and reliability to join our team!

About the Role:

This is a casual position, after school 3.30pm-5.45pm Monday to Friday, and from 7am on Saturdays, ideal for someone at school or recently left school.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Serving customers quickly and with a smile
Operating the till/POS system confidently and accurately
Keeping the shop floor clean, stocked, and organised
Restocking shelves and assisting with easy prep tasks
Working as part of a close-knit team during busy period

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience desired, in a retail or food service role
Confident using a POS system or cash register




Comfortable working in a quick-paced, customer-facing setting
Punctual, reliable, and a team player
Available Monday to Friday after school hours and on Saturdays
