About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing friendly, skilled technical support across hardware, software, and networking services.

This position suits someone who enjoys problem solving, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing the job properly the first time.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients for hardware, software, networking, and cloud service issues.
Answer incoming client calls professionally, gather relevant information, and assist with basic technical enquiries where possible.
Respond to job tickets in a timely and skilled manner, ensuring accurate notes are documented for both the customer and the team.
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT-related equipment.
Assist with quotations; preparing, communicating, and following up on quotes for hardware, software, repairs, and service-related works.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, VPN, switches, routers, and firewall-related issues.




Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members, escalating complex issues when needed.
Maintain accurate documentation for client systems, workshop procedures, assets, and completed works.
Follow company processes, security standards, and client-specific procedures when completing technical works.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and pain points in work processes, and implementing practical solutions.
