What We’d Love You to Bring

Ideally, you’ll have:
Some experience or exposure to accounts, administration or bookkeeping
A genuine interest in developing your accounting skills
Good attention to detail and a head for numbers
Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle different tasks
A positive, willing-to-learn attitude

Must-haves:
A friendly and qualified manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence answering phones and dealing with customers
A reliable and organised approach to your work
A current driver’s licence and reliable car

A Day in the Life
Assisting with day-to-day accounts and administration
Processing invoices, payments and other basic accounting tasks




Assisting with EFT payments and account reconciliations
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Providing early morning and lunchtime relief reception support – answering calls and welcoming customers
Assisting with general office administration
Supporting the wider team and learning new skills along the way
