Candidates must be fluent in Englishand have an inquisitive nature. Candidates must also have a strong eye for detail and a qualified can-do attitude, to interview members of the public from all walks of life. In addition, you have basic computer and typing skills, positive listening skills, transparent speaking ability and to be available for a MINIMUM three shifts per week, at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend. Standard working hours are between 1:00pm-8:30pm on weekdays and 9:30am-5:00pm on weekends, shifts must be a minimum of 4 hours (e.g., 4.30pm-8.30pm).
You might like this casual role if you are a student,
tutor or someone looking for a casual role with flexible hours. People who have experience in CATI (computer-assisted telephone interviewing), face to face, and/or market research focus group recruiting are also encouraged to apply.
While experience is always a bonus, it is not a requirement, as we are happy to train the right candidates.
If you enjoy talking to people on the telephone and would like to work with a friendly professional team, please submit your resume and a short cover letter and we will be in touch with shortlisted candidates.
Successful candidates will join our interviewer pool and be contacted as upcoming projects are confirmed. While we are planning ahead and building our team, start dates, training schedules, and shift availability will be confirmed once project requirements are finalised. Training will be provided prior to commencement.
