Mobile Home Lending Specialist

We’re partnering with a leading Australian bank that is expanding its mobile home lending capability across several key markets. As part of this growth, we’re looking for experienced home lenders who enjoy building their own local presence, developing referral networks and working directly with customers throughout the home lending journey.

This is an opportunity for established lenders to take ownership of a local market, backed by the products, infrastructure and brand of a well-established Australian banking institution.

The opportunity

As a Mobile Home Lending Specialist, you’ll manage customers from initial conversation through to settlement, providing tailored lending solutions across home purchases, refinances and broader residential lending needs.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a solid pipeline through your own networks and local referral relationships. This could include relationships with accountants, financial advisers, real estate professionals, conveyancers and other community or professional referral partners.





You’ll have the autonomy to manage your market and build long-term customer relationships, while being supported by an established banking platform and broader lending team.

What we’re looking for

We’re interested in speaking with experienced home lenders who have:
Current or recent experience in residential/home lending within a bank or established lending institution
A solid understanding of the end-to-end home lending process, including credit assessment and loan structuring
Experience generating business through personal networks, referrals and direct customer relationships
Strong relationship-building and business development capability
The confidence to work autonomously and manage your own lending pipeline
A strong understanding of responsible lending and regulatory requirements

Existing referral networks will be highly regarded, but we’re equally interested in lenders who can demonstrate the ability to build a robust local network.
