General Crane Services (WA) Pty Ltd is a growing, family-owned business providing crane, lifting, rigging and transport services across Western Australia.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Cockburn.

Working closely with our Maintenance and Operations teams, you will coordinate the day-to-day maintenance requirements of our growing fleet, helping ensure servicing and repairs are planned, communicated and completed efficiently to maximise fleet availability.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and schedule preventative servicing, repairs and maintenance across our fleet
Work closely with Operations and Workshop personnel to prioritise maintenance requirements and minimise equipment downtime
Monitor upcoming servicing and maintenance requirements and proactively follow up outstanding work
Coordinate parts, external suppliers and service providers as required
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure completed works and documentation are captured within our maintenance system
Raise and receipt purchase orders and assist with maintenance-related purchasing




Monitor equipment availability and provide regular maintenance updates to key stakeholders
Support compliance, reporting and continuous improvement across the Maintenance function

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in maintenance coordination, scheduling, planning or a similar fleet/workshop workplace
Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational workplace
Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion
Communicates confidently with workshop personnel, Operations, suppliers and other stakeholders
Has robust attention to detail and maintains accurate records
Is comfortable working with maintenance systems and Microsoft Office
Is practical, proactive and focused on keeping equipment available and operations moving

Experience within cranes, heavy transport, heavy equipment, mining, construction or a mechanical workshop environment will be highly regarded. General Crane Services (WA) is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an inclusive workplace.
