About the role

As an experienced Product Specialist, you will promote ViiV Healthcare brands to healthcare professionals specialising in HIV. You will be Melbourne based, covering VIC and TAS.

The territory is primarily Melbourne based and includes quarterly visits to Tasmania.

Key responsibilities
Conducting best in industry selling conversations with ID Physicians, Immunologists, Sexual Health Physicians, S100 GPs, Specialist Pharmacists and Nurses
Analyse territory opportunities and assuming a leadership role to build a strategy that incorporates key account management
Building strong cross-functional relationships with the medical and marketing team to influence ViiV Healthcare strategic approach
Maintain a high-level of HIV disease state product knowledge
Building a reliable and trusted perception of ViiV Healthcare

About you
Highly motivated, self-starter with passion for the role and a growth mindset
Prior experience in pharma specialist/hospital sales
Strong business acumen, ability to influence and a proven track record of performance
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Practical knowledge of the Australian healthcare system; particularly, pharmacy, hospitals and formularies




Bachelor degree in a science or business-related discipline
Knowledge and understanding, or interest in HIV preferred
