Technical
Previous SAP experience preferred
Previous customer service / internal sales experience preferred
High level of attention to detail




Previous experience in a technical related internal sales role beneficial

To be successful in this role, your will exhibit a stellar performance in the following areas:
Analysis of customer orders, received via email and phone
Accurately read and interpret customer orders
Correctly process customer orders, all the way through to invoicing
Raise any technical queries about customer orders with customers and/or technical staff
Ensure timely feedback to customer around orders placed together with ETA updates
Reliable own transport
