Melbourne We’re currently working with a well-established Melbourne builder who is looking to add an experienced Revit Documenter / Draftsperson to their team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the construction process and wants to work on high-quality multi-residential projects from a builder-side setting.

The role:
Produce detailed construction documentation using Revit
Work across apartment and multi-residential projects
Develop plans, elevations, details and documentation packages
Coordinate documentation with project, design and construction teams
Assist with design development and resolving documentation issues
Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and construction-ready
Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams

We're looking for:
5+ years' experience in architectural documentation / drafting
Strong Revit capability is essential




Experience with apartments, multi-residential or large-scale residential projects
Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
Ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams
Construction-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
