We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager who takes genuine pride in doing the job properly. You’ll have a defined portfolio, transparent and well documented systems, and the autonomy to manage your workload without the pressure or structure of a high volume agency.
About the Role
This is a hands on, end-to-end position combining residential property management with onsite caretaking responsibilities across our managed complexes in Runcorn and Rochedale.
Your responsibilities will include
Managing tenancies and maintaining strong owner and tenant relationships
Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors
Monitoring arrears and following established processes
Preparing clear, professional correspondence and documentation
Overseeing common areas and completing regular caretaking rounds
Supervising contractors and monitoring site compliance
There is no trust accounting responsibility associated with this role. You’ll be supported by an established team, clearly defined responsibilities and well documented processes.
About You
You’ll be an experienced,
organised Property Manager who can work confidently and independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team.
You will have
Proven residential property management experience
Working knowledge of PropertyMe, Google Workspace and Realworks
Robust written communication and attention to detail
Sound judgement and a qualified approach to owners, tenants and contractors
The ability to manage competing priorities and follow matters through to completion
Confidence working autonomously across both office and onsite responsibilities

Essential Requirements
Current Queensland real estate registration or licence
Current driver’s licence
Reliable access to your own vehicle for inspections, caretaking rounds and day-to-day site duties
