About the role
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be an key part of our store team, helping customers find practical storage and organisation solutions while delivering a great in-store experience.
Your responsibilities will include
Providing friendly and helpful customer service
Assisting customers with product selection and storage solutions
Processing sales through the POS system
Replenishing stock and maintaining store presentation
Receiving and unpacking stock
Helping keep the store clean,
organised and inviting
Working with the team to achieve store sales targets
About you We’re looking for someone who:
Has a friendly, confident and approachable personality
Enjoys talking to and helping customers
Has a robust work ethic and positive attitude
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Is comfortable in a sales-focused retail environment
Is available for a adaptable casual roster, including some weekends
Previous retail or customer service experience would be an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
