Itch has partnered with a well-established WA commercial builder to recruit a Project Manager for their financial services fitout team.

You'll manage a portfolio of banking fitout, refurbishment and branch upgrade projects for a long-standing client, alongside selected commercial fitout projects across Perth. From early planning through to handover, you'll take ownership of project delivery and build robust relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors along the way.

The Role Reporting to the Head of Fitout, you'll manage multiple projects at any given time.

Working within a Design & Construct environment, you'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes in live operational settings.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing projects from feasibility through to completion.
Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
Managing programmes, budgets, forecasting and contracts.
Overseeing claims, variations, reporting and project profitability.
Delivering quality, safety and successful project outcomes.

About You
5+ years' experience delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
Strong Design & Construct experience.
Proven ability to manage project financials and profitability.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant construction or project management qualifications.
