About the role

Hinterland Glassworx is a growing glass and glazing business based in Yatala, servicing Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team and become a key part of the day-to-day running of the business. You'll work closely with our Director and Operations Manager, while working alongside our existing accounts administrator to help coordinate the office, trades, customers, jobs and financial administration.

Key responsibilities
Managing and coordinating the day-to-day office operations
Scheduling and prioritising jobs across our trades team
Working closely with the Operations Manager to keep jobs moving efficiently
Coordinating customers, trades, suppliers and subcontractors
Managing job flow from booking through to completion
Assisting with quoting, invoicing and accounts administration
Supporting Xero bookkeeping and financial administration
Following up outstanding invoices and payments
Maintaining accurate job and customer records




Supporting the Director and Operations Manager with business administration

About you
Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administration role
Robust Xero and accounting experience
Excellent scheduling and job-prioritisation skills
Robust organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Confidence dealing with tradespeople, customers and suppliers
Robust computer and systems skills
A practical, problem-solving mindset
