About the role

As a Sales Consultant at CarpetCall , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our leading home furnishings divsion. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with both residential and commercial customers.

What you'll be doing
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Strive to achieve weekly targets
Demonstrate products and present product knowledge in a compelling and informative manner
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy
Provide excellent post-sale customer service and follow up on customer queries

We are looking for sales consultants across our 15 store network: CRAIGIEBURN, ESSENDON, HOPPERS CROSSING, MARIBYRNONG, PRESTON, SOUTH MORANG, SPRINGVALE, WATERGARDENS, CHIRNSIDE PARK, CRANBOURNE ,FOUNTAIN GATE, FRANKSTON, MORNINGTON, MENTONE, NUNAWADING, RICHMOND
Sales experience is helpful but not a prerequisite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers




Excellent product knowledge and the desire to continually learn about current products and trends
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
A skilled, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Flexibility to work weekends as needed to meet customer demands
