The Prospect

We’re looking for a Project Engineers to take ownership of internal fit-out and façade packages across high-profile mixed-use developments in CBD and city fringe locations.

This role suits someone who has delivered key packages or end-to-end projects and is ready to step into more ownership and complexity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead delivery of internal & façade scopes from procurement through to completion
Manage subcontractors, letting, and supplier negotiations
Coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, and technical interfaces
Drive program, cost, quality,



and compliance outcomes
Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
Mentor junior engineers

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Project Engineer on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects

• Solid exposure to fit-out and/or façade systems
Ability to manage complex interfaces and subcontractors
Solid program and cost control capability
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with robust ownership
