Your new role

As a Project Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of technology projects and initiatives. Working closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders, you'll help coordinate project activities, manage schedules, oversee reporting, monitor risks and issues, and ensure projects are delivered consistently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include
Coordinating project activities across multiple work streams
Supporting project governance, documentation, and reporting
Managing project schedules, resources, risks, and actions
Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Supporting continuous improvement of project management practices and processes
Assisting with portfolio tracking and performance monitoring
Working with tools such as JIRA or similar project/service management platforms





What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience supporting technology or digital transformation projects
Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience managing risks, issues, actions, and project documentation
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various business functions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using JIRA or similar project/service management tools
Understanding of project management methodologies and project life cycles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
