Light Vehicle Mechanic – Mining & Construction Fleet

We are recruiting an experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our client's workshop in Victoria Park, maintaining and servicing a busy fleet supporting both mining operations and local construction projects.

This is a excellent chance for a mechanic looking for stable, Perth-based work, plenty of variety and the opportunity to work across a fleet of utes, 4WDs and light commercial vehicles.

The Role

You will be responsible for:
Servicing, maintenance and repairs across a diverse light vehicle fleet
Working predominantly on 4WDs, utes and light commercial vehicles
Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
Fault finding, diagnostics and mechanical repairs
Preparing and maintaining vehicles used across mining and construction operations
Identifying defects and completing repairs efficiently
Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records
Ensuring vehicles remain protected, reliable and ready for operation

What We're Looking For
Trade-qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic
Australian recognised mechanical trade qualification




Strong servicing, diagnostics and fault-finding capability
Experience working on 4WDs, utes or commercial fleets highly regarded
Mining or construction fleet experience advantageous but not essential
Current Australian driver's licence
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Reliable and able to work effectively within a team
