Long Point Brewing Co. is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full time basis. The role will oversee daily restaurant operations, staff performance, customer service and compliance, while supporting effective and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and coordinate day-to-day restaurant operations and service delivery.

· Manage, supervise and support front-of-house staff, including staff rosters and training.

· Monitor food, beverage and customer service standards and liaise with kitchen staff.

· Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages and supplies.

· Assist with budgeting, cost control and operational expenses.

· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements.

· Recruit, train and supervise staff as required.

· Assist with menu planning and special functions in consultation with relevant staff.





· Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.

Skills and Experience

· Relevant qualification in hospitality and/or restaurant management, or equivalent relevant industry experience.

· Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.

· Robust leadership, communication, customer service and organisational skills.

· Knowledge of restaurant operations, stock control and food safety requirements.

· Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Employment details: Full-time position, onsite in Port Kennedy WA. Annual salary: $80,000 plus superannuation.
