Founded in 1997 as a single storefront in Perth, Watches of Switzerland is now Australia's leading luxury watch retailer, with boutiques across Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Canberra, and Adelaide. We are proud to represent some of the world's most respected watch brands.

THE ROLE

We are looking for keen individuals to join us as a Sales Consultant across our boutiques at Burnside, Adelaide, spanning our Watches of Switzerland multibrand, TAG Heuer and Tudor spaces.

The role is primarily based on sales and customer service. You would be joining a team that is collectively responsible for the day-to-day operations of a leading luxury retail outlet. You will report directly to the existing management team within the store. A great deal of training will be provided so you must be keen to learn new things.



You should display an interest in technical devices.

You will need to work well in a team workplace therefore a high level of people skills is required, and you will need to have a positive attitude.

ABOUT YOU
Experience in luxury retail, sales, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
Confident and engaging communicator, with a natural ability to build lasting client relationships.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Well-presented, organised, and proactive, with a sense of ownership in your role.
Motivated to learn, with an interest in product knowledge and the world of luxury.
Comfortable using digital systems (training provided).
Calm under pressure, handling client interactions with professionalism and care.
A team player who contributes positively to the boutique workplace.
Flexible to work weekends and a retail roster.
A second language is highly regarded.
