Ethos are currently recruiting for an Investment Banking Analyst to join a leading boutique advisory firm based in Sydney CBD. The role will cover end to end buy and sell side mandates.

Responsibilities
End to end management of both buy and sell side mandates with a focus on commerce and industry
Developing and reviewing financial models, conducting research and analyzing data to assist senior team members to advise clients
Work with VPs and Associates in development of pitch books and related client materials
Analytical, due diligence and transactional support on transactions and business development

Requirements
Hands on Mergers & Acquisitions experience
Excellent commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Law, with CA/CFA qualifications
Proven stakeholder engagement skills at a senior level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in-depth experience in presenting to various internal and external stakeholders.
