About the role

OEMX Diesel is seeking a full time Mobilisation / Administration Officer based at the Forrestfield workshop. This role will support the Fabrication Field Services division and provide day-to-day administration support to the workshop team. The position is responsible for coordinating employee mobilisation, site compliance, onboarding, travel, documentation, purchase order support and general administration across a busy workshop and field services environment.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate mobilisation requirements for new and existing employees across Fabrication Field Services.
Support the Forrestfield workshop team with day-to-day administration, action follow-up, document filing and general coordination.
Issue and follow up site-specific inductions before site arrival.
Liaise with client site administrators regarding mobilisation requirements, flights and accommodation.
Maintain employee training records, mobilisation trackers and compliance documentation.
Book medicals and support onboarding for new employees.
Issue job cards and mobilisation information to employees.
Maintain PPE stock levels and PPE register.




Raise purchase orders as required and support basic purchasing administration.
Maintain accurate document control and filing within cloud-based systems.

About you
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage several priorities at once.
Solid administration and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
Clear communication with employees, managers, suppliers and client representatives.
Able to follow process, keep records tidy and escalate blockers early.
Comfortable working in a practical workshop and operations environment where priorities can change quickly.
Confident using Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint or similar cloud-based filing systems.
Robust Excel and data-entry accuracy, including maintaining trackers, lists and registers.
Comfortable raising and tracking purchase orders, keeping records accurate and following up missing information.
