Autodrive is currently looking for an experienced Motor Mechanic / Technician to join our growing team.

This is a mobile technician role, servicing Melbourne’s western and surrounding suburbs.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of four years’ experience who is confident working independently, providing high-quality mechanical servicing, diagnostics and repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers:

Position Description
Perform inspections, diagnostics and troubleshooting on all makes and models
Carry out vehicle repairs,



servicing and maintenance
Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all work performed
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and team members
Keep the company vehicle and tools organised and safe at all times
Comply with all company procedures, including OH&S; requirements and secure work practices

Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic / Technician, preferably working across a range of makes and models
Full Australian Trade Qualification as a Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid and current Victorian driver’s licence, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
Own tools suitable for servicing, diagnosing and repairing vehicles (specialised and job-specific tools will be supplied)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual and professional
Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
