About the role

DMK Forest Products is looking for a friendly and organised Internal Sales / Customer Service team member to join our Banyo office. If you enjoy providing great customer service, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities
Helping customers by phone, email, and in person
Answering product questions and providing practical support
Processing orders accurately and following them through
Checking product availability and helping maintain records
Following up enquiries and spotting recent sales opportunities
Supporting the external sales team when needed

About you
Customer service or internal sales experience
Wood panel industry knowledge or a strong willingness to learn
Clear communication and a helpful, customer-focused approach
Valuable attention to detail when handling orders and information




Confidence using computers and learning new systems
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
