Casual Medical Receptionist x2

The Company:

GP2U / PSYCH2U Telehealth is Australia's longest-running provider of online healthcare, delivering video-based GP and specialist consultations.

Due to recent growth, the company now has two casual Medical Receptionist positions available for up to three days per week.

The Role:

This role will see you working in a team of medical receptionists, supporting Psychiatrists, Psychologists and General Practitioners. You will join a team-oriented team who work together to make sure that patients receive excellent customer service and doctors receive the administrative support they need.

This position is to commence ASAP!

The Duties
Receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls
Booking patient appointments
Assist patients with general enquiries
Assist GP2U and PSYCH2U clinical staff with enquires
Assisting patients and clinical staff with technical connections
Confirm appointment and connection details for upcoming appointments





The Ideal Candidate This role will suit a genuine team player with customer service skills and experience working within the medical space is desired. You will treat patients with empathy and will strive to support doctors to deliver timely care. No job will be too big or too small to ensure the smooth running of this very busy telehealth practice. To be considered for this role, you will be required to demonstrate:
Well organised with exceptional attention to detail
Solid computer skills
Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated customer service experience
Ability to multitask
No previous Medical Reception experience required but desirable
Available to work all hours between Monday-Friday 8.00am-6.00pm
